
The very first "Doughnut Plant" which is famous among the New Yorkers opened in Shirokane, Tokyo in May 2004.
We have been particular about our natural ingredients, and have been making our handmade doughnuts and bagels without using additives or eggs and the delicious taste our loved by many fans.
"Doughnut Plant" was founded in August, 1994 in Lower East, Manhattan NY by Mark Isreal. Mark Isreal had given the recipe from his grandfather, who is the beginner of "Doughnut Plant", Herman Isreal.
The shop which was started as a small bakery is now a first-class shop that makes more than 3000 doughnuts a day and also sells them to nearly 50shops including first-class deli-shops in New York.
